AZUMA
Azuma is the materialisation of a new design philosophy inspired by the very special way of conceiving living spaces, and the idea of space itself, in Japan. Starting from the material suggestion of cement, Imola with this project proposes solutions that are radically innovative and at the same time fully immersed in a millenary tradition. All this is embodied in a ceramic product that represents the harmonious synthesis of industrial rigour and artisan attention to detail, corporeity and lightness, the search for functionality and aesthetic aspiration.

AZUMA UP
With Azuma Up, the initial idea of unyielding, abstract minimalism, acquires warmth to launch a new message conveying resilience and positiveness. The typical minimalist mark of cement remains but takes on softer nuances, played on tones that range from ivory to hazelnut. An upgrade ‘Up’ the chromatic scale of Imola’s best sellers. Azuma, to expand the compositional options of a collection that has encountered the aesthetic tastes and design requirements of our main Stakeholders.

BLOX
If ground sedimentary rock and clay are mixed with sand and water, they form an extremely hard and compact adhesive substance, which has been used in the building trade since time-eternal to bond together bricks and stones. It is also used to create blocks that are fundamental for all load-bearing masonry constructions as they are the best way of supporting walls and foundations. It is this concept of the block as a solid and stable solution that has inspired Imola to design a new concrete version tile named Blox.

VIS is a careful study of surfaces and their colours whose bonus lies in the ability to simultaneously attract the essence of plaster and cement to itself and, at the same time, the pure neutrality of the solid colour. VIS is a “premium” proposal as it encompasses the best technology currently available for tile production.
