Personal data provided by users who request information material to be sent (such as newsletters, CD-ROMs, catalogues, price lists, answers to enquiries, etc.) are only used to perform the service or provision requested.

Browsing data
During normal operation, the computer systems and software procedures used to operate this website acquire some personal data, the transmission of which is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols.
This information is not collected for the purpose of being associated with identified interested parties, but by its very nature could, through processing and association with data held by third parties, allow users to be identified.
This category of data includes IP addresses or domain names of computers used by users connecting to the site, URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) of requested resources, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the response from the server (success, error, etc.) and other parameters relating to the user’s operating system and computer environment.
This data is used only to obtain anonymous statistics about website usage and to check that it is functioning correctly, and is deleted immediately after processing. The data could be used to ascertain liability in the event of any computer crimes against the website: currently, except in this event, data related to web contacts is not stored for more than seven days.

The optional, explicit and voluntary sending of emails to the addresses indicated on this website entails the subsequent acquisition of the sender’s address, which is necessary to reply to requests, as well as any other personal data included in the messages.

Information disclosure to customers and suppliers

This information disclosure was drawn up and issued pursuant to Article 13 of European Regulation 2016/679 (also simply called the European Regulation), which introduces significant new regulations.
Therefore, this information disclosure amends and replaces any previous versions issued before.
In view of the above, we highlight that:
1) because of the business relationship established, our company will be in the position of collecting and processing your personal data in order to carry out said business;
2) for clarity, we hereby specify the following definitions from the aforementioned European Regulation:

Personal data: any information relating to an identified or identifiable legal person (“interested party”); an identifiable legal person is an individual who can be identified, directly or indirectly, through an identifier such as a name, an identification number, location data, an on-line identification number or through one or more characteristic features of his or her physical, physiological, genetic, psychic, economic, cultural or social identity;
Processing: any operation or set of operations performed with or without the aid of automated processes and applied to personal data or sets of personal data, such as the collection, registration, organisation, structuring, retention, adaptation or modification, extraction, consultation, use, communication by transmission, diffusion or any other form of distribution, comparison or interconnection, limitation, cancellation or destruction.
Pursuant to Article 13 of European Regulation 2016/679

that your personal data will be collected and processed in accordance with the following:

a) purpose: the data will be processed to perform bureaucratic, accounting, fiscal, business and technical tasks properly, and for all company activities generally related to the current relations;

b) advertising purposes: subject to your specific and explicit consent, which can be revoked at any time, your data may also be used for sending advertising material/notifications via mail, email, telephone, fax, text message and the like; after giving your consent, you have the right to object to your data being processed for such purposes at any time and without charge;

c) method: the data will be processed using both paper and electronic/computer/telematic tools/media, in full compliance with the law and in accordance with the principles of lawfulness and correctness, and in such a manner as to safeguard your privacy;

d) optional provision: providing your data is optional and not mandatory;

e) consequences of refusal: refusing to provide the data or objecting to all data processing may mean that it is impossible to continue business relations or any other kinds of relations with our company; objecting to the use of data for sending advertising material/notifications will not, however, affect current or future mutual relations;

f) parties or categories of party (recipients) to which data may be disclosed or distributed: the data may be disclosed to third parties solely to fulfil legal or contractual obligations. Data will not be distributed under any circumstances;

g) persons authorised to process the data: the data will only be processed by specially authorised company employees in the administration and commercial departments;

h) automated decision-making processes (e.g. profiling): no automated decision-making processes are managed in any way;

i) your rights: you have all the rights laid down by the European Regulation, including the right to request access to your personal data and correct it, to have it deleted, to restrict its processing, the right to object it to it being processed and the right to data potability. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority;

j) transfer to third countries: any transfer of personal data to a third country outside the European Union or to an international organisation will take place on the basis of a decision of adequacy taken by the Commission or, in the case of the transfers referred to in the second Paragraph of Articles 46, 47 or 49 of the European Regulation, on the basis of appropriate and adequate safeguards;

k) data retention period: the data will be kept for the time strictly needed to meet your requests, or on the basis of the requirements of the current regulations or any contractual clauses;
