Information disclosure issued by the single-member company Imola Tecnica S.r.l.

Whereas

1) following your visits to this website, filling in forms, receiving your requests/questions, preliminary contact information, market surveys and research, and establishing any business relations, our company will be in the position of processing your personal data;

2) for clarity, we hereby specify the following definitions from European Regulation 2016/679:
Personal data: any information relating to an identified or identifiable legal person (“interested party”); an identifiable legal person is an individual who can be identified, directly or indirectly, through an identifier such as a name, an identification number, location data, an on-line identification number or through one or more characteristic features of his or her physical, physiological, genetic, psychic, economic, cultural or social identity;
Processing: any operation or set of operations performed with or without the aid of automated processes and applied to personal data or sets of personal data, such as the collection, registration, organisation, structuring, retention, adaptation or modification, extraction, consultation, use, communication by transmission, diffusion or any other form of distribution, comparison or interconnection, limitation, cancellation or destruction.

In view of all the above, pursuant to Article 13 of European Regulation 2016/679,

we hereby inform you

that your personal data will be collected and processed in accordance with the following:

a) general purpose: the data will be processed to meet your requests/questions, to perform bureaucratic, accounting, fiscal, business and technical tasks properly, and for company activities required by law and strictly related to current the relations;

b) promotional purposes – sending “newsletters”: solely and exclusively subject to your free voluntary, specific and explicit consent, which can be revoked at any time, your data may also be used for sending our periodic “newsletter” via email; after giving your consent, you have the right to object to your data being processed for such purposes at any time and without charge;

c) method: the data will be processed using both paper and electronic/computer/telematic tools/media, in full compliance with the law and in accordance with the principles of lawfulness and correctness, and in such a manner as to safeguard your privacy;

d) optional provision: providing your data is optional and not mandatory;

e) consequences of refusal: refusing to provide the data or objecting to all data processing for the purposes set out in point a) may mean that it is impossible to meet some of your requests; objecting to the use of data for the purposes set out in point b) will not, however, affect your right to benefit from promotions nor affect our mutual relations;

f) parties or categories of party (recipients) to whom data may be disclosed or distributed: the data may be disclosed to third parties solely to fulfil legal or contractual obligations. Data will not be distributed under any circumstances;

g) persons authorised to process the data: the data will only be processed by a small number of specially authorised company employees in the administration, marketing, data centre and commercial departments;

h) automated decision-making processes (e.g. profiling): no automated decision-making processes are managed in any way;

i) your rights: you have all the rights laid down by European Regulation 2016/679, including the right to request access to your personal data and correct it, to have it deleted, to restrict its processing, the right to object it to it being processed and the right to data potability. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority;

j) transfer to third countries: any transfer of personal data to a third country outside the European Union or to an international organisation will take place on the basis of a decision of adequacy taken by the Commission or, in the case of the transfers referred to in the second Paragraph of Articles 46, 47 or 49 of the European Regulation, on the basis of appropriate and adequate safeguards;

k) data retention period: the data will be kept for the time strictly needed to meet your requests, or on the basis of the requirements of the current regulations or any contractual clauses;

l) data controller: the data controller is the single-member company Imola Tecnica S.r.l. with registered office in Via Vittorio Veneto no. 13, Imola (BO), acting through its pro tempore legal representative;

m) data protection officer: the data protection officer is Dr. Annachiara Grasselli, with studio in Via Piccard no. 16/G, Reggio Emilia, tel. 0522/30.11.69, fax 0522/38.79.96; please contact her for any clarifications or information.

This information may be supplemented, either orally or in writing, with additional elements and indications, in order to satisfy your requests for information on “Privacy” and to comply with regulatory development.
