L\u2019entr\u00e9e en vigueur de la RTV 13 (R\u00e8glement Technique Vertical n\u00b0 13) a red\u00e9fini les crit\u00e8res de conception des enveloppes de b\u00e2timents s\u00fbres, imposant des normes rigoureuses pour limiter les risques d\u2019incendie et \u00e9tendant par cons\u00e9quent cette exigence aux <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/imolatecnica.it\/fr\/facades-ventilees\/\">fa\u00e7ades ventil\u00e9es en gr\u00e8s c\u00e9rame<\/a><\/strong>. Cette disposition s\u2019applique aussi bien aux constructions neuves qu\u2019\u00e0 la <strong>r\u00e9novation des fa\u00e7ades<\/strong> d\u2019immeubles r\u00e9sidentiels dont la hauteur de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 incendie est sup\u00e9rieure \u00e0 12 m\u00e8tres.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">RTV 13 et enveloppe du b\u00e2timent : dispositions relatives aux fa\u00e7ades ventil\u00e9es en gr\u00e8s c\u00e9rame<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019application pratique du R\u00e8glement Technique Vertical n\u00b0 13 exige que les \u00e9l\u00e9ments de fa\u00e7ade garantissent une <strong>r\u00e9action fa\u00e7ades au feu : le gr\u00e8s c\u00e9rame<\/strong> et tous les autres composants doivent r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 des exigences de performance sp\u00e9cifiques. La r\u00e9glementation vise \u00e0 emp\u00eacher que la lame d\u2019air des <strong>fa\u00e7ades ventil\u00e9es en gr\u00e8s c\u00e9rame<\/strong> ne se comporte comme une chemin\u00e9e, acc\u00e9l\u00e9rant ainsi la propagation des flammes et des fum\u00e9es. C\u2019est pourquoi la norme RTV 13 exige une \u00e9valuation des risques d\u2019incendie des <strong>murs ventil\u00e9s <\/strong>prenant en compte chaque \u00e9l\u00e9ment, des sous-structures \u00e0 l\u2019isolation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les principaux <strong>param\u00e8tres de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 pour les enveloppes ventil\u00e9es<\/strong> d\u00e9finis par la norme RTV 13 sont les suivants :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>L\u2019utilisation de mat\u00e9riaux ignifuges, tels que le<strong> gr\u00e8s c\u00e9rame pour les fa\u00e7ades<\/strong>, afin de limiter la charge calorifique ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>L\u2019installation de<strong> coupe-feu strat\u00e9giquement plac\u00e9s sur les fa\u00e7ades ventil\u00e9es<\/strong> pour interrompre l\u2019effet de chemin\u00e9e ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Le choix de <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/imolatecnica.it\/fr\/decouvrez-les-systemes-daccrochage-facades-ventilees\/\">syst\u00e8mes de fixation pour les murs ventil\u00e9s<\/a><\/strong> garantissant l\u2019<strong>int\u00e9grit\u00e9 structurelle des fa\u00e7ades en cas d\u2019incendie<\/strong> ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>L\u2019utilisation d\u2019une <strong>isolation thermique incombustible pour les murs ventil\u00e9s<\/strong>, g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement de la laine de roche.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Quels sont les principaux avantages du gr\u00e8s c\u00e9rame pour les fa\u00e7ades en termes de r\u00e9action au feu ?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Le <strong>gr\u00e8s c\u00e9rame pour les fa\u00e7ades<\/strong> offre le plus haut niveau de protection passive car il est intrins\u00e8quement incombustible, class\u00e9 A1 (ou A1fl). Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 son proc\u00e9d\u00e9 de fabrication \u00e0 tr\u00e8s haute temp\u00e9rature, le gr\u00e8s c\u00e9rame ne contribue pas \u00e0 la charge calorifique, n&rsquo;\u00e9met pas de fum\u00e9es toxiques et ne produit pas de flammes par \u00e9coulement, assurant ainsi une excellente protection contre la propagation des flammes en ext\u00e9rieur, contrairement aux mat\u00e9riaux plastiques, composites ou HPL.
