L&rsquo;\u00e9volution constante des syst\u00e8mes d&rsquo;ancrage pour les fa\u00e7ades ventil\u00e9es."},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Dans cet article, nous essayons de donner une image pr\u00e9cise et compl\u00e8te de la <strong>mani\u00e8re dont une fa\u00e7ade ventil\u00e9e doit \u00eatre soutenue.<\/strong>Tout d&rsquo;abord, nous tenons \u00e0 souligner que le rev\u00eatement d&rsquo;une fa\u00e7ade de b\u00e2timent n&rsquo;est pas seulement une sorte de \u00ab\u00a0peau\u00a0\u00bb du b\u00e2timent, mais plut\u00f4t une v\u00e9ritable partie du b\u00e2timent en tant que telle, le r\u00e9sultat d&rsquo;une somme de comp\u00e9tences de tr\u00e8s haute qualit\u00e9, non seulement techniques mais aussi architecturales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le rev\u00eatement des fa\u00e7ades des b\u00e2timents est un secteur qui conquiert des parts de march\u00e9 de plus en plus importantes, ce qui a rapidement conduit \u2013 <em>et continuera \u00e0 conduire<\/em> \u2013 \u00e0 l&rsquo;introduction de nouvelles technologies et, par cons\u00e9quent, de nouveaux produits\u00a0: des produits de plus en plus innovants bas\u00e9s sur les diff\u00e9rents <strong>syst\u00e8mes d&rsquo;ancrage des fa\u00e7ades ventil\u00e9es. <\/strong>On pense, par exemple, aux <strong>supports de fa\u00e7ade ventil\u00e9e<\/strong> en aluminium extrud\u00e9, ou aux <strong>syst\u00e8mes d&rsquo;ancrage de la fa\u00e7ade ventil\u00e9e<\/strong> \u00e0 proprement parler, qui sont en mesure de suivre le b\u00e2timent de pr\u00e8s ou de lancer des formes, de d\u00e9velopper et de remplir des volumes et d&rsquo;estomper des lignes selon l&rsquo;id\u00e9e con\u00e7ue par le concepteur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>On peut dire sans h\u00e9siter que le consensus re\u00e7u par les syst\u00e8mes de<strong> fixation des fa\u00e7ades ventil\u00e9es<\/strong> est sans \u00e9quivoque et tr\u00e8s prometteur dans le monde du design, et qu&rsquo;il s&rsquo;agit d&rsquo;un secteur qui pourrait encore r\u00e9server bien des surprises.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"768\" height=\"1024\" src=\"https:\/\/imolatecnica.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/09\/foto-9-IT-1-768x1024.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-6192\" srcset=\"https:\/\/imolatecnica.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/09\/foto-9-IT-1-768x1024.jpg 768w, https:\/\/imolatecnica.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/09\/foto-9-IT-1-450x600.jpg 450w, https:\/\/imolatecnica.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/09\/foto-9-IT-1-1152x1536.jpg 1152w, https:\/\/imolatecnica.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/09\/foto-9-IT-1-1536x2048.jpg 1536w, https:\/\/imolatecnica.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/09\/foto-9-IT-1-scaled.jpg 1920w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 768px) 100vw, 768px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Syst\u00e8mes de fixation des fa\u00e7ades ventil\u00e9es<\/strong>&nbsp;: ce que pr\u00e9voit la l\u00e9gislation italienne en la mati\u00e8re.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Bien que \u2013<em> comme indiqu\u00e9 dans le premier paragraphe de ce texte<\/em> \u2013 le secteur des <strong>supports de fa\u00e7ade ventil\u00e9e<\/strong> soit en constante croissance et \u00e9volution, il est effectivement possible de les distinguer sur la base des dispositions de la norme UNI 11018:2003, intitul\u00e9e \u00ab&nbsp;Rev\u00eatements et <strong>syst\u00e8mes d&rsquo;ancrage pour fa\u00e7ades ventil\u00e9es<\/strong> assembl\u00e9es m\u00e9caniquement &#8211; Instructions pour la conception, l&rsquo;ex\u00e9cution et l&rsquo;entretien &#8211; Rev\u00eatements en pierre et en c\u00e9ramique&nbsp;\u00bb. La norme indique les proc\u00e9dures pour la conception, l&rsquo;ex\u00e9cution et l&rsquo;entretien corrects des syst\u00e8mes de raccordement supportant les rev\u00eatements de fa\u00e7ade install\u00e9s m\u00e9caniquement. Ils sont bas\u00e9s sur les solutions techniques que des d\u00e9cennies d&rsquo;exp\u00e9rience ont consolid\u00e9es. En d&rsquo;autres termes, cette norme contient un v\u00e9ritable <em>manuel d&rsquo;utilisateur<\/em> des solutions techniques et de montage les plus efficaces \u00e0 la lumi\u00e8re de l&rsquo;exp\u00e9rience consolid\u00e9e en la mati\u00e8re, r\u00e9sultant de la demande croissante pour ce type de solution.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En bref, la norme indique les proc\u00e9dures pour une utilisation utile et logique de la<strong> fa\u00e7ade ventil\u00e9e avec ancrage \u00e0 sec<\/strong>. La norme \u00e9num\u00e8re de mani\u00e8re stricte les syst\u00e8mes de fixation, en les distinguant&nbsp;:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Modes de fixation au support (fixation ponctuelle et fixation sur sous-structure)&nbsp;;<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" type=\"a\"><li>Types de solutions pour la fixation des dalles (per\u00e7age ou fraisage sur les bords des dalles ou per\u00e7age au dos des dalles).<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Les <strong>crochets pour fa\u00e7ades ventil\u00e9es<\/strong> punctiformes utilisent des supports de diff\u00e9rents types d&rsquo;acier inoxydable, \u00e9quip\u00e9s d&rsquo;une s\u00e9rie d&rsquo;accessoires et adapt\u00e9s \u00e0 la situation d&rsquo;application. Ces<strong> supports soutiennent la fa\u00e7ade ventil\u00e9e<\/strong> et assurent la liaison entre le point d&rsquo;ancrage des dalles et le point de fixation au support, c&rsquo;est-\u00e0-dire la fixation aux murs ou \u00e0 la structure, tout en permettant de r\u00e9gler la verticalit\u00e9 et l&rsquo;alignement des dalles. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L&rsquo;utilisation de sous-structures est indispensable lorsqu&rsquo;il y a un rev\u00eatement dans la cavit\u00e9\u00a0: de cette fa\u00e7on, il est possible, en effet, de ne pas interf\u00e9rer avec l&rsquo;isolation thermique du b\u00e2timent, diminuant ainsi l&rsquo;effet de pont thermique que des<strong> supports ponctuels de fa\u00e7ade ventil\u00e9e<\/strong> cr\u00e9eraient in\u00e9vitablement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans les deux cas, pour les <strong>fa\u00e7ades ventil\u00e9es, la distance entre les supports<\/strong>, qui peut m\u00eame \u00eatre sup\u00e9rieure \u00e0 15&nbsp;cm \u2013 <em>la distance entre les dalles et le mur porteur sous-jacent, pour \u00eatre pr\u00e9cis<\/em> \u2013 permet, outre la circulation de l&rsquo;air, l&rsquo;installation d&rsquo;un panneau d&rsquo;isolation thermo-acoustique, tandis que gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 l&rsquo;int\u00e9gration de points fixes et coulissants, il est possible de dimensionner correctement les joints&nbsp;: la v\u00e9ritable cl\u00e9 pour obtenir un mur parfaitement align\u00e9 avec des r\u00e9sultats esth\u00e9tiques impeccables.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Fa\u00e7ades ventil\u00e9es&nbsp;: supports.<\/strong> Les normes annexes doivent \u00eatre prises en consid\u00e9ration lors de la conception du <strong>syst\u00e8me d&rsquo;ancrage de la fa\u00e7ade ventil\u00e9e<\/strong>.<strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En plus de la norme principale mentionn\u00e9e dans le paragraphe pr\u00e9c\u00e9dent \u2013 <em>UNI 11018:2003<\/em> \u2013 il existe un ensemble assez important de normes accessoires qui doivent certainement \u00eatre prises en consid\u00e9ration pendant la phase de conception <strong>des syst\u00e8mes d&rsquo;ancrage pour les fa\u00e7ades ventil\u00e9es<\/strong>.<strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Il s&rsquo;agit notamment des \u00e9l\u00e9ments suivants&nbsp;:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>UNI EN 832:2001 et UNI EN 8012:1979 concernant les exigences de performance des b\u00e2timents et des rev\u00eatements&nbsp;;<\/li><li>UNI EN 12152:2003 et m\u00e9thode d&rsquo;essai connexe UNI 12153 concernant la perm\u00e9abilit\u00e9 \u00e0 l&rsquo;air&nbsp;;<\/li><li>UNI EN 13116:2002 et UNI 12179 concernant la r\u00e9sistance \u00e0 la charge du vent&nbsp;;<\/li><li>UNI EN ISO 13786:2001 concernant la prescription thermique des \u00e9l\u00e9ments de construction&nbsp;;<\/li><li>UNI EN 13830:2005, la \u00ab&nbsp;norme de produit&nbsp;\u00bb pour les murs-rideaux.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Enfin, il faut noter que, en ce qui concerne les <strong>supports pour fa\u00e7ades ventil\u00e9es<\/strong>, la norme UNI 11018:2003 met clairement l&rsquo;accent sur la question sp\u00e9cifique de l&rsquo;entretien du <strong>support pour fa\u00e7ades ventil\u00e9es<\/strong>, en \u00e9num\u00e9rant les causes possibles de d\u00e9t\u00e9rioration de la paroi dans le temps et en donnant des indications pour \u00e9laborer &#8211; <em>d\u00e8s la phase de projet<\/em> &#8211; un plan d&rsquo;entretien programm\u00e9 d\u00e9taill\u00e9. \u00c0 titre d&rsquo;exemple, le choix du <strong>syst\u00e8me d&rsquo;ancrage de la fa\u00e7ade ventil\u00e9e<\/strong> et, plus g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement, la conception d&rsquo;une fa\u00e7ade ventil\u00e9e ne peuvent pas faire abstraction du probl\u00e8me le plus courant&nbsp;: l&rsquo;\u00e9ventuelle n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 de remplacer une ou plusieurs dalles dans le temps.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Dans cet article, nous essayons de donner une image pr\u00e9cise et compl\u00e8te de la mani\u00e8re dont une fa\u00e7ade ventil\u00e9e doit \u00eatre soutenue.Tout d&rsquo;abord, nous tenons \u00e0 souligner que le rev\u00eatement d&rsquo;une fa\u00e7ade de b\u00e2timent n&rsquo;est pas seulement une sorte de \u00ab\u00a0peau\u00a0\u00bb du b\u00e2timent, mais plut\u00f4t une v\u00e9ritable partie du b\u00e2timent en tant que telle, le [&hellip;]<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":4,"featured_media":6192,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"closed","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"_acf_changed":false,"footnotes":""},"categories":[57,46],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-6196","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-domaine-technique","category-news"],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.4 - https:\/\/yoast.com\/product\/yoast-seo-wordpress\/ -->\n<title>Fa\u00e7ade ventil\u00e9e : support.
