Il prot\u00e8ge les b\u00e2timents contre les intemp\u00e9ries et les changements de temp\u00e9rature, tout en leur donnant un aspect attrayant et moderne.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Avec cette technique, souvent utilis\u00e9e par le pass\u00e9, le rev\u00eatement ext\u00e9rieur est coll\u00e9 \u00e0 la couche d&rsquo;isolation. Dans la<strong> fa\u00e7ade isol\u00e9e ventil\u00e9e<\/strong>, ces \u00e9l\u00e9ments sont s\u00e9par\u00e9s par un espace vide appel\u00e9 cavit\u00e9. Par un \u00ab\u00a0effet chemin\u00e9e\u00a0\u00bb, un flux d&rsquo;air circule en permanence dans cet espace lorsque la temp\u00e9rature ext\u00e9rieure est sup\u00e9rieure \u00e0 15\u00b0, r\u00e9gulant ainsi la temp\u00e9rature et l&rsquo;humidit\u00e9 du b\u00e2timent. L&rsquo;effet de la ventilation est maximal lorsqu&rsquo;elle peut agir efficacement sur l&rsquo;ensemble de la fa\u00e7ade, ce qui n\u00e9cessite un dimensionnement tr\u00e8s pr\u00e9cis de <strong>l&rsquo;isolation avec des panneaux de fa\u00e7ade ventil\u00e9e<\/strong>, de la cavit\u00e9 et du rev\u00eatement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le<strong> syst\u00e8me d&rsquo;isolation des fa\u00e7ades ventil\u00e9es<\/strong> se compose de quatre \u00e9l\u00e9ments distincts\u00a0:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>L\u2019isolation thermique externe&nbsp;;<\/li><li>La structure sous-jacente ou le cadre de support&nbsp;;<\/li><li>La chambre de ventilation (c&rsquo;est-\u00e0-dire l\u2019espace entre la couche d\u2019isolation et le rev\u00eatement)&nbsp;;<\/li><li>Le rev\u00eatement ext\u00e9rieur.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour que l&rsquo;assemblage soit efficace, chaque \u00e9l\u00e9ment du <strong>mur-manteau avec fa\u00e7ade ventil\u00e9e<\/strong> doit \u00eatre calcul\u00e9 et dimensionn\u00e9 avec pr\u00e9cision. La structure form\u00e9e par les \u00e9l\u00e9ments pr\u00e9cit\u00e9s g\u00e9n\u00e8re, par un \u00ab\u00a0effet chemin\u00e9e\u00a0\u00bb, un courant d&rsquo;air ascendant dans la chambre de ventilation. Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 la<strong> fa\u00e7ade ventil\u00e9e isol\u00e9e<\/strong>, les murs porteurs sont prot\u00e9g\u00e9s des variations de temp\u00e9rature, en \u00e9t\u00e9 comme en hiver, et le b\u00e2timent b\u00e9n\u00e9ficie d&rsquo;une temp\u00e9rature plus constante qui limite les risques de condensation, am\u00e9liore le confort des occupants et permet des \u00e9conomies d&rsquo;\u00e9nergie consid\u00e9rables.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Enfin, gr\u00e2ce au syst\u00e8me de construction du<strong> syst\u00e8me d&rsquo;isolation par fa\u00e7ade ventil\u00e9e<\/strong>, qui s\u00e9pare clairement chacun de ses \u00e9l\u00e9ments constitutifs &#8211; isolation thermique, structure porteuse, chambre de ventilation et rev\u00eatement ext\u00e9rieur &#8211; le produit isolant est facilement r\u00e9cup\u00e9rable et recyclable.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong><strong><strong><strong>Fa\u00e7ades ventil\u00e9es\u00a0: une isolation thermique<\/strong> \u00e9l\u00e9gante, fonctionnelle et durable avec un rev\u00eatement en gr\u00e8s c\u00e9rame.\u00a0<\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>La<strong> fa\u00e7ade ventil\u00e9e isol\u00e9e<\/strong>, avec ses panneaux de rev\u00eatement s\u00e9par\u00e9s des murs porteurs, ouvre un large \u00e9ventail de possibilit\u00e9s esth\u00e9tiques et laisse libre cours \u00e0 l&rsquo;imagination.
