As far as the benefits of thermal cladding are concerned, this covering technique alters the external features of the building and interacts with the building\u2019s hygrometry, i.e. the amount of humidity the building releases into the surrounding air. Ventilated fa\u00e7ades, on the other hand, basically offer only benefits. We could say that the difference in costs between cladding and a ventilated fa\u00e7ade <\/strong>is the only \u201cdisadvantage\u201d of the latter compared to the former, but even that is a disadvantage that can be easily remedied with the numerous tax rebates available in this sector.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  • Non-flammable (class A1);<\/li>
  • Colours resistant to sunlight and ageing;<\/li>
  • Stain and smog resistant;<\/li>
  • Weather-resistant;<\/li>
  • Lightweight and easy to install;<\/li>
